Terms of sale
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
1. Who sells
DTS Studio is sold by BLANKS S.R.L. ("Blanks"), registered office at Via Emanuele Messineo 1, 41049 Sassuolo (MO), Italy, VAT number and tax code IT04221340369, registered with the Italian Companies Register under REA number MO-452885, share capital €10,000.00 (paid-up €2,500.00), certified email (PEC) blanks@legalmail.it. For any question write to info@dtsstudio.it.
2. What you buy
You buy a license to use DTS Studio, the software that prepares files for DTF printing and runs in the browser at dtsstudio.it. You are not buying a physical item and you don't receive software to install: you receive a license code that removes the watermark from exported files.
Before buying you can use the free trial: every feature works and exported files carry a watermark. We recommend trying it on your computer and with your own artwork before purchasing.
3. Price and payment
- The price is shown on the website and includes VAT: €49 until 31 December 2026, then €79. It is a one-time payment, with no subscription and no renewals.
- VAT is calculated based on the country you enter. If you buy as a business from another European Union country and enter a valid VAT number, no VAT is charged and the reverse charge applies.
- Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page. Blanks does not see or store your card details.
- The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment.
4. The license
- The license is personal: it is for one person, on every computer they use. It may not be shared, transferred or resold without Blanks' written consent.
- The license does not expire and includes all DTS Studio updates at no extra cost, for as long as Blanks offers the software.
- If Blanks ever decides to stop offering DTS Studio online, license holders will receive a downloadable desktop version to use on their own computer with the same license.
- The license code is linked to your name and email. Keep it: if you change computer or browser you'll need to enter it again. If you lose it, write to us and we'll send it again.
- You may not modify, decompile or copy the software, nor circumvent the license or the watermark.
- If the license is shared or used against these terms, Blanks may deactivate it after notifying you by email.
5. Delivery
The license code appears immediately on the confirmation page after payment and is also sent by email to the address you entered. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to info@dtsstudio.it.
6. Invoice
You always receive the payment receipt from Stripe.
- Businesses and professionals: if you enter a VAT number, Blanks issues an invoice. For Italian VAT numbers the electronic invoice is sent to the recipient code (SDI) or PEC address you entered.
- Private customers: the Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase. If you still need an invoice, write to us at info@dtsstudio.it.
7. Money-back guarantee and right of withdrawal
30-day guarantee. If DTS Studio isn't right for you, write to us at info@dtsstudio.it within 30 days of purchase: we will refund the full price, provided you have exported no more than 5 images without watermark. The refund goes to the payment method used for the purchase. After the refund the license is deactivated.
To know how many images you have exported, at each export without watermark DTS Studio sends our service the license number. It does not send images or any other data: details are in the privacy policy. If you export while offline, that export is not counted.
Statutory right of withdrawal. If you buy as a consumer, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately this right does not apply when supply begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). At checkout we ask for this consent with a dedicated checkbox and confirm it by email together with your license code. The 30-day guarantee described above still applies.
8. Legal guarantee
If you buy as a consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (arts. 135-octies et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). If DTS Studio does not work as described on the website, write to us: we will fix it and, if that is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
DTS Studio works with up-to-date versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on Mac and Windows. The print result also depends on the printer, film, inks and fabric: we always recommend a test print.
9. Liability
- The artwork you load stays on your computer and Blanks does not see it. You are responsible for having the rights to use and print it.
- Keep a copy of your artwork and project files: Blanks does not have them and cannot recover them.
- If you buy as a business or professional, Blanks is liable only for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in any case up to the price paid for the license.
- Consumers keep all rights provided by law.
10. Personal data

11. Changes
Blanks may update these terms. Your purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day you paid. Later changes do not take anything away from a license already purchased.
12. Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction, and any more favourable mandatory rules of your country of residence remain applicable. If you are a business or professional, the courts of the place of Blanks' registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
